Sony might be charting a new course for Uncharted 4.
The evidence comes from a recently posted Sony investor document. The document’s main goal is to give an overview of the PlayStation brand’s state, as well as to highlight major successes. However, a specific page contains interesting information about so-called “New Growth Vectors.” The “off console” section highlights Horizon Zero Dawn as a PlayStation game now on PC, as well as Days Gone and Uncharted 4 as planned PC releases.

Horizon Zero Dawn launched on PC last year. As a side note, so did Death Stranding, although we do not see it on the page in question. As for Days Gone, it arrived on PC last month. As such, it is not too much of a stretch to believe that Uncharted 4 is on the way to PC as well.
Of course, this is speculation for the moment. We will have to wait for an official word by Sony and PlayStation. There are two likely candidates for an announcement platform: today’s State of Play or the upcoming E3.
The Uncharted series is one of PlayStation most iconic and bestselling franchises. It makes sense that Sony wants to get more people playing it. This is especially true when we look at the results of Horizon Zero Dawn‘s PC release. As stated in the “New Growth Vectors” page, the game saw a 250% return on investment. Releasing it on PC also created new fans for the IP and expanded its influence to new geographical locations.
