After years of waiting and several days of rumours, Dying Light 2 Stay Human has a confirmed release date. Mark your calendars, the game is set for release on December 7 2021.
The announcement was made during today’s episode of Dying 2 Know. Beyond the release date, the episode showcased the current state of the game and gave some background on the story. It also included a gameplay trailer. Importantly, if you have not played the original, you can jump right into the sequel and fully enjoy it.
However, if you do wish to experience the original Dying Light for the first time, a Platinum Edition of the game is available now at a heavily discounted price for PC (via Steam or GOG), Xbox One, and PlayStation 4 (only for PlayStation Plus members).
Preorders are live now and a total of three editions are available to choose from. For both retail and digital purchases, consumers can choose between Standard, Deluxe, and Ultimate editions of the game. Everybody who preorders also receive the digital Reload Pack. The pack contains a unique outfit, weapon, and paraglider skin. You can find out more about the different editions and preorder the game on the official website.
